LedZapp (collectively “LedZapp,” “us,” “we” or “our”) is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. LedZapp has prepared this privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to describe our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information through the LedZapp web service and its various software platforms (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use. LedZapp will collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

Through the combination of both internal and third party tracking code as well as cookies, we track the following categories of information when a visitor uses the Service:

(iii) Type of computer used to access the Service; and

Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. LedZapp uses Anonymous Data to help enhance your experience of our services and to provide you with innovative services and features.

Some of our services require Users to provide information capable of identifying you as an individual (“Personally Identifiable Information”), this information may either be collected by us directly via our sign-up forms, or it may be collected by us indirectly by sourcing such data from any social networking website accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc…) that the Users might use in order to sign-up for and login to the Services. Personally Identifiable Information includes:

Contact Data is used only to provide you with special information and promotions regarding our products, in connection with an order or to respond to a question or request.

We use Questionnaire Data to improve our Services and to generate your public user profile, if you choose to have one.

Any Financial Data gathered is used for purposes of processing your orders via the Service.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases. Because this information is important to your interaction with LedZapp, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

As part of the Service, you agree to allow other LedZapp users to contact you.

It is the Users’ responsibility to understand that any information and/or statements and/or content that they post on the Internet can and probably will become available to the general public. Please use caution and common sense in deciding to disclose your personal information.

Choice Regarding Disclosure of Contact Data

You may choose to provide no Contact Data, except for a valid email address which is required to register with LedZapp. In such an event, you can still access and use some portions of the Service. Of course, the portions of the Service requiring your Contact Data would then be inaccessible to you.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Contact Data with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary (as determined in our sole discretion) to:

(ii) Protect the rights, property, and/or safety of LedZapp or any third party; or
(iii) Enforce the Terms of Use.

We use reasonable measures to keep your information safe and secure. However, no company, organization, or online community, including LedZapp and, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

Other Disclosures

To provide some of our services and features and to help us communicate with the other LedZapp users, we may need to provide your personal information to third party service providers who work on behalf of or with LedZapp. Such service providers do not possess any independent right to share this information (expect pursuant to a legal requirement such as a subpoena or warrant).

We may share some or all of your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case our Affiliates would agree to the terms of this Policy and protect your personal information with the same care as we do.

If our assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. In such a case, LedZapp we will send you an email telling you so before information about you is transferred.

Security measures are in place to minimize the loss, misuse, destruction and alteration of the information that we receive from you. However, We will have no liability to you or to any third-party arising out of any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alternation.

Other Limits to Your Privacy

Our Service contains links to or may otherwise be employed by other third-party web Services (“Linked Web Services”). The privacy practices and content of such Linked Web Services are outside the scope of our responsibility and control. If you choose to visit other web Services, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other web Services. It is your responsibility to review those web Services’ Privacy Policies.

Some of our pages include social plug-in from third-party sites or services, such as a “Like” button. When you load such pages, you are also loading content from the related third-party site. That site may request cookies directly from your browser. These interactions are subject to the privacy policy of the third-party site. It is your responsibility to review those web third-party site’s Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other third-party sites.

Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time and without warning, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update or modification on the Service. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting.

Choice & Control

Knowing that you value having control over your own information encouraged us to let you provide, edit or remove certain information, and to choose how we can contact you. You may change or correct your LedZapp account information (except your username). You may also remove certain optional information you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name.

As an LedZapp User you are required to provide a valid email address and payment method.

Your username is publicly displayed and connected to your LedZapp activity. Other people may see your comments.

Some of the messages we send you are optional. You can control which optional messages you choose to receive by changing your account settings.

If you have optionally connected your account to an external, third-party application (“App”), such as Facebook. LedZapp may receive some data from such App. You can remove permission for the App by changing your account settings.
